In today’s rapidly changing and complex work environments, leadership rooted in control, compliance, and hierarchy is no longer enough. Across industries, the most effective leaders are those who know how to build trust, inspire commitment, and create cultures where people do their best work.

In this engaging keynote webinar, Dr. Candy Singh (NU, MS '94) explores the principles of Trust & Inspire leadership—a modern leadership approach that replaces command-and-control thinking with belief in people, clarity of purpose, and meaningful work. Drawing from decades of experience leading large organizations, developing executive leaders, and working with teams across sectors, Dr. Singh shares practical insights on how trust fuels engagement, innovation, and sustained performance.

This session is designed for leaders, managers, and professionals across all fields who want to lead with greater influence, authenticity, and effectiveness—no matter their role or title.
