John Bullen is the Chief Transportation Officer at the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), where he oversees all transportation activity for the organization, including primary executive responsibility for the implementation the existing Proposition 400 and future Proposition 479 programs. Prior to this role, John served as the Transportation Funding Policy Program Manager where he oversaw transportation funding policy and program implementation for the region.
