About Us

The mission of Dress for Success Phoenix is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success Phoenix has suited more than 11,000 women since our inception in 2009, distributing more than $1,000,000 in apparel and accessories to our clients.  We collaborate with more than 140 agencies to assist women to become job-ready.  Dress for Success provides vital employment retention programs through our Professional Women’s Group and Going Places Network.
