Join the Maricopa Corporate College on April 25, 2024 at the Impact Breakfast for an engaging panel discussion focused on hiring beyond traditional channels.

Representing organizations that serve diverse populations including refugees, veterans, people with disabilities, and previously incarcerated individuals, our panelists will shed light on the value these groups bring to the workforce.

Discover why these populations are excellent talent pools, the common barriers they face in securing employment, and actionable strategies for employers to address these challenges.

Our discussion will cover a range of topics, including:

- Practical steps employers can take to alleviate these barriers and foster inclusivity

- Resources available for employers seeking to connect with and hire individuals from these communities

- Anticipated changes in demand for these populations over the next 5-10 years

- Current incentives for hiring from these communities

- Critical competencies and skill sets employers should prioritize when hiring from these populations

- Additionally, our panelists will debunk common misconceptions surrounding the impact and contributions of these individuals in the workforce, providing insight into the reality of their capabilities.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and tools to enhance your hiring practices and drive positive change in your organization.
