Michael Muscato's Bio:
"The West Valley is home to so many good families. But no matter how hard we work to get ahead, we're held back by bad leadership from Washington, DC. Many in Congress care more about big corporations than the small businesses that are the backbone of our communities. It's time for new priorities. We need a strong voice for West Valley families, not another politician who kowtows to party leaders."

The son of two public school teachers, Michael was born and raised in the West Valley, just outside of Phoenix. He grew up loving baseball, and he was a gifted athlete. Years of hard work led to Michael catching a big break when he was drafted by the New York Yankees in 2003.

After a few seasons of professional baseball, Michael returned home to Arizona to find an economy devastated by the 2008 financial crisis. To find work, he moved to Los Angeles and took a broadcast engineering job for $10 an hour. With the high cost of living, Michael survived on instant noodles, often crashing for the night in studio dressing rooms.

Michael worked hard and climbed the ranks, rising to crew chief and video director. In the music industry, he was hired to manage video and production work for national and international concert tours.

By 2013, he moved back home and started a small business in the fitness industry. He met his wife Alicia, they got married, and started a family. Today, Michael and Alicia own and operate their business together, and live in Peoria with their sons Cooper and Canton.
