Jason Anderson | PreVeteran

Jason, a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, is a Wyoming native with a distinguished 20-year military career as a C-130 pilot and international affairs officer.

In the first half of his service, he led combat missions in Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. During the latter half, he served as an exchange pilot with the Japan Air Self-Defense Force and played a key role in securing $15 billion in Air Force defense hardware and training sales to Japan, strengthening their defense posture in North Asia.

After retiring in 2014, Jason joined Rockwell Collins (now Collins Aerospace), where he progressed from entry-level business development to Managing Director for Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, based in Tokyo, Japan.

He’s now the founder and CEO of PreVeteran, a military and veteran training and workforce development company. PreVeteran applies cognitive neuroscience principles to help service members successfully transition into private-sector careers, equipping them with the skills needed for long-term success.
