Kelley Kristin has over 18 years of Real Estate Experience and consistently has been a multi-million dollar producer in selling real estate which is a true statement to her skill, ability & determined the energetic style. Kelley started her real estate career after obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She continued her real estate education to obtain a GRI, Graduate of Real Estate Institute which provides in-depth training in legal, regulatory, technology and professional standards.
Kelley’s widespread knowledge of the real estate industry has kept her current and informed in an ever-changing real estate market. In 2001 Kelley worked extensively with Builders and Sellers in the management of contingent properties. Her vast array of experience also includes working with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage through Premier Asset Services to manage and sell foreclosed homes which require the skill to sell homes at maximum value in a time frame consistent with the condition of the market.
Kelley is also a Chase Bank Short Sale Real Estate Specialist. The experience of navigating short sales requires organization, follow up and negotiation tools.

Kelley’s referrals include Arizona Certified Private Fiduciaries where she sells properties that often required court validation and testimony through the Arizona Court System. She is a Special Real Estate Commissioner for Maricopa County Superior Court and works with Relocation Buyers and Sellers through corporate relocation services.

Originally from Chicago Kelley moved to Arizona over thirty years ago and is happy to call Arizona her home. Kelley has a love for the breathtaking landscapes and beautiful weather which allows her to enjoy one of her greatest passions, hiking local mountains. She enjoys going to the theater, great coffee houses and spending time with family, friends & her Goldendoodle, Bailey.
