The West Valley Chambers of Commerce Alliance is pleased to host a panel with three notable speakers who are experts on the State’s economic development. The speakers will focus on the robust economic development in the West Valley and provide insights into how the state and national economy will impact the type and level of growth in the West Valley in the short and long-term.

Nate Nathan | President at Nathan & Associates, Inc.
Nate, a Chicago native, graduated from Arizona State University in 1976 and began his real estate career concentrating on the Southeast Valley. He founded Nathan & Associates, Inc. in December of 1980. Nate is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and currently serves on the ULI Community Development Council (Silver Flight). Nate is also a member of Lambda Alpha International, the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, Valley Partnership and several other organizations. Nate is committed to bettering the community with his support of many local charitable organizations including Circle the City, an organization which provides medical care to the Valley’s homeless, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Jim Rounds | President of Rounds Consulting Group
Jim Rounds is the President of Rounds Consulting Group, specializing in economic development, tax policy, education, healthcare, transportation, fiscal planning, and strategic marketing. He regularly advises policymakers in Arizona, including state and local leaders, and delivers numerous economic presentations. His guidance extends nationwide on real estate, tourism, fiscal planning, and economic impact modeling. Jim has introduced public policy strategies focused on ROI for taxpayers, widely adopted by lawmakers. He is involved with multiple organizations, including the Goldwater Institute, Maricopa County IDA, Valley Partnership, and the Arizona Small Business Association. With over two decades in policy-related economics, he holds degrees in Economics from Arizona State University.
Chris Camacho | President & CEO at Greater Phoenix Economic Council
Chris Camacho, with over 15 years in executive management, is the President & CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), where he has led the attraction of over 540 companies, creating 100,000 jobs and $56.8 billion in capital investment. He specializes in technology and advanced manufacturing, tax policy, and international economic development. Under his leadership, GPEC was recognized as the top economic development organization globally in 2021. Chris has received numerous accolades, including 'Man of the Year' by the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and 'Most Admired Leader' by the Phoenix Business Journal. He serves on various boards, advises the U.S. Secretary of Commerce on foreign investment, and holds an Economic Development Certification from the University of Oklahoma. He resides in Scottsdale with his family and enjoys golfing and soccer.

The West Valley Chambers of Commerce Alliance is represented by Alexis Glascock, an attorney at Fennemore, who heads up the firm's lobbying team in Arizona. She represents the business interests of the six West Valley Chambers of Commerce at the capitol.
