Jessica Perry Public Affairs Manager | Arizona Public Service (APS)
Jessica Perry is the Public Affairs Manager for APS and represents the company in various capacities throughout the West Valley. Her past experiences include volunteering at a local chamber, working for a school district and assisting Bob Burns at the Arizona Corporation Commission. Prior to joining APS, Jessica staffed Goodyear Mayor and Council. No stranger to the West Valley, she's a 5th generation Arizonan and grew up in Buckeye.
Patricia DiRoss Senior Local Government Affairs Representative | Salt River Project (SRP)
Patricia DiRoss has been a Senior Government Relations Representative for Salt River Project for nearly 18-years. She serves on multiple chambers of commerce public policy committees across the ten municipalities she covers. Prior to joining SRP, she served in a similar capacity at Qwest (now Lumin). Before working in the utility business, she was an Emmy winning reporter and weather anchor for WJBK-TV in Detroit and KPHO-TV 5 in Phoenix. Patricia is valley native and is a firm believer in Adopt, Don’t Shop to ensure surrendered animals are given a second chance and find a loving home.
Helen Heiden Public Affairs | Southwest Gas
Helen Heiden is the Manager of Public Affairs for Southwest Gas. In her role, Helen manages government relations with local, state, and federal policymakers. Prior to joining Southwest Gas, she served as a policy advisor to U.S. Senators Jeff Flake and Ron Johnson in Washington, D.C. Helen is deeply familiar with the important work that Chambers of Commerce do every day having worked in government relations for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry earlier in her career. Helen is a native Arizonan who enjoys traveling, experiencing new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
