Member/Member Guest Pricing: $30 (One Time Attendance) if registered by Monday week of event 
Member/Member Guest Pricing: $35 (One Time Attendance) if registered Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday week of event
Future Member Pricing: $60 (One Time Attendance) easily applied to membership if you join within 45 days

Jessi Pederson | City of Glendale
As Director of the Office of Economic Development, Jessi leads an expert team of economists, planners and business development pros in Business Attraction, Business Retention and Expansion and Business Assistance. She also oversees the Arts & Culture, Special Events, Downtown and Visit Glendale divisions. Jessi first joined the city’s Economic Development Department in 2011 with an emphasis on redevelopment, small business assistance and special projects. Previously, she spent two years serving as Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers’ Chief of Staff until rejoining the Economic Development team in early 2017, bringing to the team her extensive background and enhanced expertise in citywide redevelopment, small business/entrepreneurship assistance and Historic Downtown Glendale redevelopment efforts. Jessi has previously served as Project Manager for Economic Development and Development Services for the City of Goodyear, AZ, specializing in Entrepreneurship Outreach and medical industry attraction. Jessi is a proud graduate of Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Master ‘s degree in Public Administration.



Jennifer Stein | City of Peoria
Jennifer Stein is the Director of the Economic Development Services Department. Her primary focus is leading a team of experts who specialize in business attraction and development, business retention and expansion.Stein brings more than 25 years of experience in public and private sector communications, marketing, strategic planning, management, and community relations to her new economic development role in the City of Peoria. As the communications director for eight years in Peoria, she oversaw the award-winning public affairs, marketing, advertising, and tourism efforts and attracted restaurant and hospitality uses to the city.



Tom Doyle City of El Mirage
Tom Doyle has Twenty-one years’ experience in Economic Development.  He is an Economic Development Manager for the City of El Mirage since 2013, with responsibility for business attraction, business expansion and sustainability, and business development programs. Prior to joining the City of El Mirage, he worked as Vice President, Business Attraction and Rural Programs Manager at Arizona Commerce Authority and Arizona Department of Commerce. Tom currently participates in several economic development and planning groups to include Former Chair, Economic Development Directors Team (EDDT) Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Board Member, Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone (GMFTZ), Arizona Association for Economic Development, Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce, WESTMARC Economic Development Committee, Luke AFB Planning Committee, Valley Partnership City/County Committee, and West Valley Defense Alliance (WVDA). He is a graduate of Leadership West, Class 22 and Certified AZEDPro from Arizona Association for Economic Development. In 2020, Tom was awarded Economic Developer of the Year, Small Communities by Arizona Association for Economic Development and in 2022 he received the Economic Development Chairman’s Recognition award from WESTMARC.In 2003, Tom retired from the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant. He was awarded two Meritorious Service Medals and five Accommodation Medals. He has an MBA from Webster University in St. Louis.
