Apply for the Healthy Arizona Worksites Program Award and become recognized as a Healthy Arizona Worksite by the Arizona Department of Health Services. The Healthy Arizona Worksite Award seeks to recognize and award businesses that are making efforts to positively affect the health and well-being of their employees, families and communities. Award winners will be recognized in statewide communications. Participation in the Healthy Arizona Worksites Program training is the first step to becoming recognized as a Healthy Arizona Worksite.
