Mary J. Pritchard, president of Pritchard Group Insurance, specializes in employee benefits plans. As a full service independent agency, she also offers her clients auto, home, life, commercial, wellness, employee assistance programs and individual health policies. Mary is a traditionalist when it comes to the customer; servicing our clients is what Pritchard Group Insurance is all about.
Employers who have entrusted their benefit plans to Pritchard Group Insurance range from small to large and include a wide variety of businesses throughout the state of Arizona and beyond. The company’s expertise is to determine exactly what an individual or company needs and how to best fulfill those particular needs through the interview process. Client relationships are developed over a period of time. This provides the opportunity to understand the needs, develop appropriate benefits and implement those benefits.
Mary is active in the West Valley Alliance of Chambers of Commerce as well as the past chair of the Glendale Chamber. Mary takes great pride working on behalf of the Chambers and Small Businesses as an advocate to innovatively find and create viable solutions.
Teresa Pickering has been with Pritchard Group Insurance since 2006. As a key team member, Teresa is licensed in Accident, Health, Property and Casualty insurance and is our lead customer service individual. She is the first contact for our clients and potential clients. Teresa tirelessly works through issues from our clients or carriers and makes sure follow-up is completed to assure a satisfactory conclusion to the issue.
Bob Zimmerman joined our team part-time in 2013 as our Group Benefits Manager. He has over 10 years experience in group health benefits marketing and service to clients and over 15 years in Human Resources. He is president of the Arizona Human Resources Call Center Association which sponsors several meetings annually on HR related issues and current HR trends and best practices. He has his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. He also has an active Health and Life Insurance license and a Masters Degree in Business.
Glenn Griffin joined our team part-time in 2013 and has been a licensed Accident, Health and Life insurance agent since 2003. He has a background in Information Technology (IT) and is retired military with over 21 years of service. He is our resident IT expert for computer, email and website setup/updates as well as other special projects.
Judi Robinson has been with us on and off for a number of years. She is currently part-time and handles clerical projects.
