Building Hope - Mama Muleka "BHMM" is a non-governmental organization based in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which was founded in 2010. The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is located in the heart of sub-Saharan Africa with an estimated population of 75 million inhabitants.
The catastrophic situation in the DRC, is caused by incessant wars that raged for more than 16 years in the east, paralyzing people's lives while creating migratory movements, rural exodus leading the phenomena of street children, called sorcerers children, abandoned children, as well as acts of violence and rape of women, girls and children.
Thus, following its visits to the East, Mother KAJA KAZADI PAPPAS, has not remained indifferent to the catastrophic situations mentioned above, and responded by deciding to set up a humanitarian structure to relieve victims of such violence. This structure supports the vulnerable throughout the DRC in the fields of agriculture, education, environmental management, health, social and rural development.
